1. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, except for extreme circumstances determined at our sole discretion. If an order is incorrect or of poor quality, you must contact us a support@havelibarandgrill.com within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up. Refunds or other resolutions are provided at our discretion based on the specific issue.

2. Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If an unauthorized chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to challenge itthrough your bank or payment processor and may blacklist the user from future transactions or services.

3. Returns

As a food service provider, we do not accept returns of food items. If you have an issue with an order, please contact us immediately for resolution as per our refund policy.
